We call them "feelings" because they are what we FEEL in our BODIES. If you are trying to separate what you feel in your body from what has happened to you in your life, just stop, stop it right now.
This page is for when you are ready to start addressing your sh*t for the sake of your body. Also, body sh*t and childhood sh*t overlap in this website as they do in real life so look at both pages for resources.
Update! I've added the /Mind to sh*t to include mostly stuff about being an adult with ADHD but there will also be other mind/brain stuff as my interests take me. I love my ADHD peeps so as we spend more time understanding how to embrace all the parts of who they are, I will be sharing my favorite findings here.
